Mr mason was outstanding in a complicated multi-state child custody case. He always returned phone calls i highly recommend

Johnathan Mason has helped me immensely through this very stressful, very confusing, process. He has a detailed knowledge of family law, excellent judgement and, most importantly, he's caring and supportive through every step. Anytime I've needed anything, from a quick after hours email question, to a middle of the day panic call, he's always been quick to respond. His fees are very reasonable, and he tries his best to keep your costs down. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a trustworthy family lawyer.

My divorce process made me scared and anxious. I was blessed enough to have Jon Mason as my lawyer. I had already started the process. I realized soon after I sought legal council that there were so many things that I could have done to make my case easier and stronger. I got Jon midway through my divorce and felt a big relief the more and more he was involved. He help me respond to messages from my husband that were unpleasant. We even went down every scenario good and bad had contingency plans. And most especially supported me emotionally and was not another number. I highly recommend him to anyone going through a family law case.

I met with Mr. Mason to have him review a transmutation agreement document. An excellent listener and with exceptional interpersonal skills, he seamlessly established immediate rapport, putting me at ease that I was in caring hands. His legal expertise, complimented by his intelligence enabled him to offer an immediate opinion about the document and he explained his opinion in lanugage that anyone could follow. Even though he knew I was not actually in search of retaining legal counsel and only wanted a specific document reviewed, he offered to have my document reviewed along with other supporting materials by the firm's senior partner with expertise in prenups, providing me further confidence about the validity of the agreement document. He coordianted transferring the materials to the senior parnter and then followed up with me once the materials had a second review by the senior partner. His follow through and responsiveness were extraordinay! He always returned phone calls within the same day, oftentimes while in his car driving home from court ! Mr. Mason made my legal experience completely stress free as I had confidence throughout the entire experience. Even though I know he had other clients, the attention he gave me made me feel like a prirority and this was one of the things I most enjoyed about my experince with him. Finally, I never felt like " the meter was running ," whenever I interacted with him. Before I ever met with him in person, he spoke with me on the phone to assess what I needed and then indicated that this could probably be completed within a single visit and he quoted me his professional fee. In spite of subsequent phone calls and emails, he never charged me a cent more than the amount he had qouted me over the phone . So if you are ever in serach of stress free legal counsel, look no further than Mr. Mason as he is a compassionate and caring attorney who will always make you feel as though your concerns are a priority to him.

I have never contracted a lawyer/attorney before hiring Jon Mason. I had no idea where or how to even start looking for an attorney to represent me in a custody battle for my children when I was served with papers, so I got on Avvo and Jon was the first one I called and I had a consultation the following day. Jon was nothing short of amazing. He was very easy to to talk to. He listened to all of my concerns. He gave great professional feedback. He is a family man which was very important to me. He was very professional. I felt very comfortable with him. I could tell that he was taking my case to heart and really wanted to help me, so I hired him as my attorney. He was extremely thorough and efficient at helping me get all my paperwork ready for the trial date. The day of the trial came and I felt very calm and prepared. Not only did I get to keep my custody with my children but I also got more than I had hoped for and the kids Mom (petitioner) did not get anything she thought she was going to get. There was a second hearing that Jon also represented me at, and I can say that I was not even worried because I knew that Jon had helped me get everything ready. Jon was calm and collective in the courtroom and spoke with confidence and authority. That first day in court while we where in the courtroom or outside the courtroom waiting he was giving excellent counsel. Jon and I also wore almost the same exact suit the day of the hearing so I gotta say he has good taste too. Now that the hearings are done and things seemed to have calmed down I am still in contact with Jon. Jon is now and will always be my attorney for anything regarding my family because I know he has our best interests at heart. I would highly highly recommend Jon to anybody. I wish I could give him a higher Star rating but it only goes to five.

Our experience with Mr. Mason was outstanding. If your looking for a lawyer who has your best interest at heart look no further. He was patient and understanding of what we were going through. He was able to get us everything we asked for, and was even able to get a mediators report thrown out because of false accusations. Truly happy
