If you have any assets, you need estate planning. There's no firm that I've found that educates better so you understand your legal options to make an informed decision re: trusts, wills, medicare considerations, protection against taxes, and probate, etc. I refer all my agents and clients to Snyder Law.

In 4 meetings over a couple of weeks, we went from barely understanding trusts to having a perfect estate plan customized for our family. We recently had our living trust (and related documents) prepared by Snyder Law. We were very happy with the process from start to finish. Kevin and Carolyn Snyder (and the rest of their team) are true professionals. Kevin guided us through the process with expertise, providing many suggestions, options and/or recommendations along the way (many we never even considered but found to be just what we wanted). Our questions were answered swiftly and professionally, and the process to meet and safely submit documentation remotely was very helpful for us since we do not live nearby. We only had to visit their office for our final signatures to be notarized. Carolyn was amazing at that meeting. Everything was prepared and ready upon our arrival. She is extremely organized and knowledgeable. Carolyn guided us through the signature phase while answering all of our questions along the way. Communication by all team members throughout the process was exceptional. We were never left wondering where we were in the process. We also received reminders of all upcoming phone, zoom and in-person meetings. The personal portal we were assigned to made submitting documentation securely and safely a breeze as well as providing a means to securely send and receive messages. Overall, we were very impressed with Kevin and Carolyn as well as with the entire process. We were treated with courtesy and kindness. We give an A+ rating for professionalism, knowledge, organization, efficiency and a final product that we feel extremely confident will serve us and our family well into the future. We will be recommending Snyder Law to our friends and family.
