I was about to see 22 years of hard work go literally "down the tubes" based on a dispute with my business partners. Having never needed an attorney in the past I didn’t know what to do or where to start. I did the only thing I could think to do which was to contact a lifelong friend who is an attorney for advice. He, without hesitation, told me to contact Joshua Waldman, "he is the best attorney for this type of legal matter". I immediately contacted Joshua and gave him a synopsis of the situation over the telephone and within 24 hours my wife and I were in his office reviewing our situation in detail. We left Joshua’s office with a sense of relief. Relief in the form of knowing that; to plagiarize an insurance companies slogan; “We were in Good Hands with Joshua”. When I got home I proceeded to write out the retainer check to engage Joshua’s services, but having spent the last 22 years in custom manufacturing I became accustom to hearing the voice of that little bird who sits on your shoulder and repeatedly whispers “get three vendors involved then make your selection”. So I did just that. I met with a total of 4 law firms over the course of the following 2 days. Those two days proved to be a huge waste of my time – none of the other firms made my wife and I feel nearly as comfortable as we felt with Joshua. Although the facts of my case and the ultimate settlement were complicated, the short version was that Joshua negotiated a deal that was even better than I could have hoped for. I was able to avoid litigation and get nearly everything I wanted in a settlement, and the deal Joshua negotiated meant that I didn’t have to give up nearly as much as I anticipated. And, to top it off, Joshua negotiated the deal in a way that required the other side to pay almost all of my attorney’s fees. I challenge ANYONE to work out a deal like that!! If you have any type of business dispute, I highly recommend Joshua as your go-to lawyer.

From my first phone call with Joshua to the resolution of our complaint, Joshua managed our selling away case with frankness, compassion and expert knowledge of the FINRA rules and securities regulations. His recommendations and experience helped us understand the scope of our case as well as past precedence in similar cases. He established rapport with the opposing counsel which I felt was beneficial at arriving at a settlement that was amenable to both parties.
