I would strongly recommend Patrick D'arcy to anyone who is a victim of defamation. For years I have been disparaged and defamed by an ex-wife. The attacks were both personal and professional. They occurred in hateful and defamatory written communications and social medial. Eventually even my co-workers and neighbors received these communications attacking me. I had met with 2 lawyers previously who offered little help; "defamation is hard to prove in court and just let it go, it will eventually stop". Years later they continued and in fact escalated. When I met with Patrick his mastery of defamation law was evident. He quickly cited numerous federal and state laws and civil statutes that had been violated in the defamation I have suffered. I had endured great emotional and even physical distress with the hateful slander. Patrick however gave me the calm and confidence that there is hope. The anti-defamation laws are in fact on my side and I will not be victimized any longer.
