I hired her as a lawyer for an immigration case that I had with my wife, at first she seemed to be a very nice person, but after time passed and started working on my case not so much, the truth is, based on my experience, I would not recommend her.

Lahaina is one of the best immigration attorneys I have ever met. She is smart, thorough, resourceful, and positive. She is a genuinely good person who actually cares about immigrants and understands the hardships immigrants go through (let’s face it. The system is stacked against immigrants in every possible way, so having an excellent immigration attorney who truly cares about immigrants is crucial). She always answers my emails within 24 hours if not immediately. She is resourceful, and she has ideas. She knows how to present a case and get positive results (I mean… you may have a good case, but you still need to present it in a good way to get the result(s) you want). Okay, I’ll stop here for now (I’ll update my review and write even more as time goes on). Thank you!

When I was looking for a lawyer to help me filed my citizenship I came across Lahaina Araneta after a brief consultation over the phone I made an appointment in her office I was very impressed after I explain her my case not only she carefully listen to all details but also explain me how she would filed and affidavits she would use to help my case get quickly approved her price was very reasonable with easy payments and she won’t bug You for money she cares more about getting your case approved after she filed it in less than 9days I received my receipt and my appointment to take biometrics afterwards few months I was so surprised to received my appointment letter for the interview which of course got approved the whole process took approximately 6 months considering how long the citizenship process be taking now I was glad mine was quicker Thanks to you Lahaina now I’m officially a proud us citizen.

Lahaina helped my wife get her green card when she immigrated from China a year ago. I consulted with multiple lawyers before I settled with Lahaina but what made me go with her is the fact she actually cared about my wife's case and actually took the time to listen instead of getting me to put a deposit down and sign the paperwork. Of course there were roadbumps and challenges along the way but Lahaina was extremely professional. She kept us in the loop at all times, met with me before every stage of the green card process, and made the process much simpler and easier to digest. Lahaina Araneta was truly a blessing and helped me quickly solve a contract/labor dispute. I was owed payment for some freelance design work I did and after 4 months of repeated attempts to collect my fee, I had no luck. After I contacted Ms. Araneta, she sent my contractor a letter outlining her course of action and I received my funds within 24 hours! She also helped me write a freelance contract in order to avoid these issues in the future. She is a quick, yet thorough and dutiful lawyer who goes above and beyond to help her clients. She also helped me with some landlord/tenant issues I had. She is wonderful lawyer and helps easily explain complicated terms.procedures for anyone to understand. I highly recommend her.

She is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She is always there to answer our questions, She picks up every time I call!!! So nice to have some like her work your case. She helped us with my husband's residency. We submitted the application in late Nov,I got my ss# in September, our interview appointment was in April. Even though we were not approved right away (not Lahaina's fault), I received approval letter one month later!! The whole process took 5 months!! She made my application process so stress less and she is very detail oriented and walked us through every single step of the process, I feel so lucky to find Lahaina. If you need an immigration attorney you should absolutely go to Lahaina Araneta. She cares about her clients and she will fight for you.
