Shadi was very professional yet friendly in all my interactions with her. On the initial call, she explained thoroughly what my options are and how I would go about proceeding. I can tell she is a workaholic and tries her best to balance between a mom and work. She works many many hours because I can see she's enthusiastic about her profession. Overall the process was very smooth and Carol was a great helper for her. They are wiling to make accommodations to make everything as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend her. We needed to bring our elderly Mother's Trust and Will into compliance with California law. As she had recently moved to CA, and our Father had more recently passed, we really had no guiding direction. After some unsatisfactory phone calls to other recommended firms (not what we needed), our sister met Shadi through a business associate. After the initial consultation, we knew that she was exactly the professional we were searching for. She made our Mother (91 years young) feel very comfortable and explained the whole process very clearly. We feel that Mom's interests and future are in great hands with Shadi!
