It is a process in itself to find the right attorney to handle complex immigration cases. Our story really started a while back (five years back) during our search for a trustworthy advisor. Having done my paperwork myself (self-petition) with USCIS for both I140 and I485 for my case, I had done some legwork but desperately needed help navigating intricacies of semi-clear paths for my spouse's immigration process (based only on legal precedents with past judgements from district courts and circuits i.e. no clear law). Only a handful of lawyers (out of many) were able to answer my initial questions satisfactorily and that is really where Askhan stood out. He appreciated the general knowledge I brought to the table and proposed couple of ideas worth pursuing based on his expertise.
