Ozi and Carmen from MVP are amazing. This has been a very trying time in my life and they did there very best to help me. Ozi is tough and she doesnt take any sh!+. So far been with firm over a month, and nothing has been done yet. They are slow, not returning phone calls and it is getting annoying. Will update if things change but ridiculous when you call and leave message or text attorney and no response days later! Calls should be returned within 24 hours max. Tried to reach them several times to only get a short Vague answer. I think most these reviews might be fake as there are so many 5 star reviews and the service so far is very bad and definitely not professional.
