Ask for Erik
Gives realistic promises and expectations.
He has massive amounts of Trial experience, gives him clot and fear from opposition and fighting Erik in court will be considered too high risk for opposing side ( insurance company etc, )
Meaning you'll get the compensation you deserve and not jerked around .

If I got hurt in say Alaska, I would pay for him to get bar in Alaska to represent me vs having to risk retaining an inferior attorney who wants to rush demand letter n be done with .
