Jessie, my case manager walked me through the process step by step and was truly invested in my welfare and what I should do to make sure I was ok and guide me with things I never would have thought of to do. I was in a car accident and was looking for a good lawyer to handle my case especially, the other driver was reckless and she did not even have insurance/registeration. I was not sure that I will get anything back to cover the medical bills related to my injury/totaled loss car.
