(((Wow))), these reviews are amazing!!!!! Are they real clients???? Because my experience with your firm was the complete opposite! Most of these reviews sound exactly like bad commercials with paid actors.

I was referred to this law firm due to the circumstances of my case. This location is professional and takes their time in getting you through the care and the process needed for you. Though you may feel out of the loop sometimes, they are actively pursuing your case and you'll just need to be a little patient. I'm so happy to have been referred to this location and satisfied with everyone's hard work here. Thank you all soo much!

I transferred to Samer Habbas Irvine office from a previous lawyer that was uncommunicative and unprofessional. At first, things seems to go well with this law firm. But over time, things went downhill. Once they filed the lawsuit, I rarely received updates and had to call myself to ask where the case was at. My case was constantly changing hands at the office and every time a new lawyer called, they didn't know what was going on and couldn't answer basic questions. On 11/7/23, I received a Voice-mail from Samer about a settlement offer. I called back twice, but wasn't able to reach him and left a voicemail. I called again, on 11/9, and wasn't able to reach him. Taylor called me later that day, and explained the offer, but I had a question she couldn't answer. After the call, she sent me a text saying she'll schedule a call for me with the lawyer for the following Monday or Tuesday. That call didn't come until 11/20 - from a different lawyer, not Samer. Ten days later. Is it normal for lawyers to sit on settlement offers for nearly 2 weeks? My case finally settled 12/7/23, which is when I signed the release. Their customer service is sorely lacking. When I called 12/19, I was told they had received the settlement check and that once I signed the breakdown, they'd mail out the check to me. I signed it on 1/2/24, and then sent a text asking when I'd receive the check. I got no response (which had become a normal occurrence with them), so I called on 1/9/24, and Taylor told me they just received the check yesterday. I told her I thought they had already received back in December, and she said they just got it yesterday. (Was this miscommunication or lying? I honestly can't tell, because I specifically remember her telling me a week before Christmas that they had received the check. If I signed the release on 12/7, would it really take more than 30 days to receive the check from the insurance company??) I then asked her when the check would be mailed out, and she guessed 7-10 days. (Isn't this something a paralegal should know, or at least check, without guessing?) On 1/10/24 I got a text from the office asking me to sign the settlement breakdown. I responded right away by text saying I'd already signed it and asked why I was being asked to sign again. Again, no response. I called on 1/17 and Taylor said the check hasn't yet been mailed out because the accountant had been out of the office. I said, "For one week, really?" She said the accountant had been out the past few days and wasn't in that day. I also mentioned the text I'd received the previous week asking me to sign the settlement breakdown, and she said that was weird and didn't know why that happened. No apology. Multiple times, over the last few months of the case, I asked her to call me back with a definite answer for questions she couldn't respond to, and she rarely, if ever, called me back or bothered to send a short text. When I mentioned my frustration to her over the lack of communication, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism, on 1/17/24, she offered no apology or explanation. Her tone of voice was indifferent and she just continued to give excuses and promises to get back to me. I asked her to let me know when the check would be mailed out. She said she would call me the following day once she had the check on her desk from accounting. As of today, 1/24, still no check. The lawyer I spoke to on 12/5 said, hopefully I'd have the money in my pocket by the holidays. Well, I didn't get it by Christmas. Or by New Year's. Or by MLK day. Maybe I should've I asked if he meant Valentine's Day. My bad. I would NOT recommend this law firm. Or Taylor. Update: Within 20 min of posting the review, I got a voicemail from Samer, then later, a text from Mike, and later an email from Samer explaining the delay. I appreciated the prompt communication and explanation. Upped my rating to 4 stars.

What a wonderful firm! After the tragic loss of my father, Samer's team walked us through each step of the wrongful death suit showing compassion and understanding and compassion. They helped our family through a difficult time and get justice for our father.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Samer Habbas & Associates. I transferred from a different law firm who were finanically abusing me and thankfully Samer Habbas law firm were able to take my case.They are great negatiators and helped me receive a settlement more than I expected! I would also like to add they are extremly professional, communicative, informative, empathetic, and patient with any questions I had. I am truly grateful for all their hard work.
