Best law firm ever. Mr Patel and assistant were so amazing and full of knowledge I would never hire another firm to represent me ever again .Forever grateful. They were able to get my 2nd DUI dismissed totally.... really love the confidence drive Mr PATEL and staff offer. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend this firm. Thanks again.

You hear so many negative stories about lawyers on tv, from friends, and just about anywhere else, however, Kapesh Patel not only changes that narrative but turns it upside down. Not only is Mr. Patel a talented attorney but, most of all, he's a genuine good person that wants the best for his clients. Kapesh is able to maneuver and navigate through the murky legislative and judiciary channels to get the best resolution for his client. I honestly felt that I was not just another client to him but a friend. His passion for his clients and his profession are incomparable. Mr. Patel is a lawyer that will tell you to your face that he hopes he doesn't have to work with you again - because he wants to see you succeed; you can't ask for anything more in attorney. I had an extremely difficult case, even being denied consultations by some law firms. KP not only invited me in for a consultation but he was willing to take on the challenge. I walked in for a consultation and before leaving the office I knew I wanted to hire him. KP exceeded expectations by far. There is mandatory jail time for a 3rd DUI and KP was able to keep me from doing ANY jail time! I couldn’t be more thankful for the work he put in. KP was very honest and straightforward from the start. He did not beat around the bush, which is something I really appreciated. On top of all the amazing work KP does he also has an amazing assistant, Zinnia. She was always very helpful with any questions or concerns I had, always kind and very thoughtful. KP and his assistant are a great bundle package. I cannot recommend KP and his services enough.

My wife and I owe so much to Kapesh and Zinnia. What had started off as a perfect day celebrating our 9 year anniversary, ended up in hell as I was wrongfully arrested by the Dana Point Sheriff whilst trying to catch a bus and get us home safely. I was and still am completely traumatized by the whole experience. Due to new laws put in place by the current government, I then received an email explaining that my working visa had been revoked. Devastated, I had done nothing wrong and had worked so hard to get to this country. With our careers and livelihoods on the line and my current lawyers becoming overwhelmed by the complexity of my case, Kapesh welcomed me with compassion and gratitude. He believed my story and understood the seriousness of the situation. He encouraged me that he would get this sorted and he worked diligently to do so. In the end we managed to get the case dropped without even stepping foot in the court room and my wife and I can now work towards reinstating my visa and getting our lives back on track no thanks to the awfully incompetent Orange County Sheriff department. Filing bankruptcy is trying time in anyones life and stress and frustration is what anyone filing will feel. However Burt made this easy and his professional manner in which efficiently helped me file and complete this process was exactly what I needed to relax as this multi-step process was completed. He was always there to assist and explain things to me in a way those not familiar with bankruptcy law need, working hard even late at night to make sure everything was done correctly. would I use his services again? Honest person Hard working person very responsible , specially about kids Reasonable price and very flexible in payment He loves , what it dose and his character is not just about money. In my case my ex-wife has supported with her two lawyer brothers , her lawyer uncle including his law office !!! My X-Wife had almost 5 lawyers free of charge !!!! I went to Athar on short notice and he gave me just what I needed at the time. He went over my whole case with me. He explained what would likely happen overall as well as the likely outcome on each issue. He also pointed me in the direction of resources for me to use on my own. He even gave me 3 notebooks from a recent seminar he went to. I highly recommend him.
