Alex helped me go after my ex-General Contractor (GC) who walked away from my new house construction. My ex-GC caused me a big loss on both time and money. Alex reviewed my case and confirmed I had legal grounds to pursue compensation. However, due to my GC’s financial situation, Alex expected him to declare bankruptcy to avoid having to make a big payment to me. This set my expectations, and indeed, after 18 months of legal process, we settled through mediation and I received some compensation.
