They have been fantastic, they always complete my transactions on time, their cost is competitive with other firms, and they do excellent work. Something I value highly with them is the fact that they take a pragmatic approach to law and don't over complicate things unnecessarily. With that said, if a matter is complex they are very capable of handling it. I also refer our clients to them when they need a legal document such as a custom Seller Note, non-compete agreement, consulting agreement and more complicated agreements like a Basket Agreement. I contacted Mr. Bisom 5 years ago. We had been scammed by law firm, who just passed us to different departments and people. We were in jeopardy of losing our home and felt hopeless. I met with Andrew Bisom to discuss my options as it to pertained to my financial situation. I consulted with Andrew Bisom to determine whether I was a candidate for bankruptcy. He said I was and I paid him a large sum of money to represent me thru my case. When I got into court, I was told I didn't qualify. There was an error in my income that Andrew didn't catch because he didn't verify my information. I was denied my filing, due to the error, however Andrew refuses to return my money. I'm filing a formal complaint with the State Bar and pursuing legal options to get my money back.
