His receptionist picked up the phone immediately and my call was transferred to Ben very quickly. He answered my questions patiently, and I decided to go in for a consultation. He has a pretty busy schedule, but is very accommodating and was willing to meet me during lunch hour. He spent over an hour explaining the legal process, listing out what needed to be done on my end, and answering whatever questions I had in details. During the months of time working with Ben, he was very responsive and always got back to me within a day.
