After going through the process in hind-sight. We could have easily done the process by ourselves. We had a straight forward case. When we came to Mr. Patel he told us that he would be prep us for the interview via in-person mock interview and also be at our interview. He provided us the application which we filled out and there were things that we didn't know how to fill in and we expected Mr. Patel and his team to screen and make sure everything was ready for the process. When it came time to review the application with Mr. Patel and his team. We naturally assumed that everything was filled out free of errors and we signed. We obviously had questions and felt that his responses are adequate at the time. When our interview date was scheduled Mr. Patel would only prep us over the phone and it was very difficult to get hold of him. But when pressured he would respond. This is not what we expected but we expected a scheduled in-person mock interview with him. During the phone prep for interview he said he would not be appearing with us in our interview. On the day of our interview the interviewing officer basically said that because we have a lawyer that submitted our paper work that they needed to be present or we cannot do the interview. The officer then gave us the option to sign a waiver removing the lawyer and then we could do the interview. During the interview the interviewing officer pointed our several errors on the application and as we are looking at it we realized that is our application which we filled out and not one revised by the lawyer. This caused a month in delay for the approval decision. We understand that delays would normally happen and revisions to applications can be made. But we feel like the application could have been filled out more professionally and screened better as the interview officer did. I would have been for Mr. Patel to have attended the interview so that he could catch his mistakes and do better for future clients. But when we pointed this out to him he just ignored it and said this was normal. We would have probably given him 3 stars but we felt he is undeserving because of the errors in application that could have easily been avoided and his attitude towards us after we pointed out some of the things that were mentioned above for him to be better. We expected better for a paid service!

Kapesh Patel overall did an incredible job on my EB1A case. It came back very quickly with an approval after being submitted. He would not allow me to submit until everything was absolutely perfect. He did an extremely thorough job checking then double checking and triple checking that all documents had been included, everything on the check list was up to date and complete and that we were not missing vital information. I could have also submitted without a few extra things but he wanted to ensure the best result for myself and so things went smoothly and encouraged me to work on the final things. He was fast at responding and also very flexible to work and deal with. An EB1A can only be approved with a lawyer who knows what they are doing and has vast knowledge on US immigration. I usually don’t write reviews but this time it’s a must!! My oldest brother passed away suddenly and left no will. His next of kin is his two eldest daughters, he had a close relationship with his first daughter but lost contact with his second one. We tried everything to get ahold of her, not only to tell her of her dad’s passing but also that we needed her authorization to cremate him. The mortuary would not cremate him until we talked to her, and until we got contact with her, his body just sat at the morgue. After two weeks, the employee in charge at the mortuary asked us to file an Ex Parte with probate court. We went to the courts but were given a hard time because the court didn’t understand what we were asking for and why we needed this filed. After so many questions and conversations, the court agreed to file the document. However, they told our family it would cost over $400 AND there was still no guarantee that the judge would sign it. Finally after 3 weeks of going back and forth with the courts and the mortuary, we contacted the Law Offices of Kapesh Patel in hopes that he could help us. And I wish we could of contacted him a lot sooner (like 3 weeks sooner!). We explained to Mr.Patel our situation and he got straight to work. Within a couple of days Mr. Patel called our family and asked if we could contact the mortuary & ask if they would accept a notarized letter. The mortuary agreed, my niece got the letter notarized, and my brother was finally cremated. If it wasn’t for Mr. Patel stepping in and researching the laws on cremation and next of kin, we most likely would still be in a battle with the courts. My whole family appreciates all the assistance Mr. Patel provided to us in this most difficult time of our lives and we cannot recommend his services enough.

Sunday morning, I was released, walking on streets realizing it was the beginning of my nightmare which lies ahead. Didn’t know what to do, I was very stressed out, and felt cornered in. Few days later, a good friend of mine referred me to Kapesh Patel. I first read his reviews about him, and I didn’t second guess to give him a call. After the arraignment and was waiting for pre trial, I was dealing with suspended/later restricted license and attending classes plus AA meetings, after all that was done and completed, I was able to get my full drivers license back. Then court approach, my case was drop to wet reckless driving with just paying the fine and 3 yrs probation which was way better deal.
