Very informative and complete. It was important for us to have someone who was experienced and gave correct information, the good service was a plus. Brian Chew and his team delivered a very easy, informative process that was fast and idiot proof. There was an initial no commitment required workshop he gave where he talked about trusts in general, how they're different from wills, why you needed one in CA in particular, etc... He was practical, knowledgable and affable. We also had to fill out the information form outlining our choices in terms of beneficiaries, etc... beforehand in the privacy of our own home. This is quite convenient as it gave us time to think and discuss what our wishes were, instead of making these decisions off the bat in front of the lawyer. After the workshop, we had a direct meeting which was much more involved and detailed and then the last meeting where we had to sign and make any last minute changes. He can also zoom as well and had many clients in the SF area as I understand. I had experience drawing up my parents' trust with a known lawyer in the area and I was not impressed. For any amendments, they wanted to charge them even though, as I understood from Brian Chew later that we did not need to change or to pay for anything. Most worryingly, we saw that it took them over a week to get back to us with responses and that throughout the years they kept changing lawyers, with no one specialized in trusts and estate planning. At OC Wills and Trust, this is all they do. We felt like we could really trust him and recommend him highly. I think there are a few OC Wills so make sure you have the right one. The one I am referring to is the one on Alton Parkway in Irvine, with Brian Chew as the head lawyer.

OC wills handled our trust very carefully and swiftly. The attorney was very patient with all our questions and concerns. The binder they provide with all the documents is very well labeled and clearly organized. We would definitely recommend them for anyone needing to get a trust made.

We wanted to update our 15 year old estate plan. Anthony Yang helped us prepare a very comprehensive one that is in line with our current situation; with the outcomes that we wanted. He was very thorough, he understood our mindsets, and accommodated our wishes. His office team are very pleasant, and we feel that we not only have an estate plan in place, we have ongoing support and education for our Trustees. Their pricing structure is very reasonable, with various individual prices for any future changes/services that we may want to make/use. We highly recommend OC Wills and Trust!

All was good. Efficient, thorough and friendly. Emilie also picked up a technical deficiency on my Deed that needed cleaning up.
