Jon Mason is by far the best attorney I have ever had. I've had a few $$$. Jon, along with Patty, David, Kristen and many others have made this entire process fathomable. My situation is unfortunately not rare but with Jon reminding me to win the war and not worry about losing a battle, I am in a better position legally and believe that without Jon and the team at Fernandez law my son would be in danger. Thankfully he is not and I could never thank Jon enough for his personal attention and his incredible moral and ethical standards.

This review is for Jon Mason. We first met with Jon over a year ago to discuss what seemed to my wife and I to be a straight forward child custody case. Well, California family law is a complex labyrinth of codes and procedures that make even a slam dunk case difficult to win. You absolutely must have an experienced and dedicated lawyer with the technical savvy to navigate this complicated maze, and thanks exactly what we had in Jon. Not only did he have a thoughtful and intelligent answer anything any of us asked about the case, Jon was literally on call for us and always made himself available. And not just because he wanted the billings, Jon never overcharged us the entire year he worked our case. Hundreds of emails and phone calls, court dates, meetings, etc., his office always had the statements correct and we never once had any issues. Jon will do everything that can possibly be done for your situation and that was exactly what we needed. We are glad to have met him and of course will know who to call if our situation ever rears its head again. Thank you, Jon.

Dallas Simkins was my lawyer. He was amazing. He understood the legal and financial issues well. He stood up for me with the other attorney and in the courtroom. My case has gone on long enough that i have had several attorneys and the other side has had several attys, so i have seen the spectrum of potential talent and ability and Mr. Simkins was by far the best for me. He helped restore rights that my previous attorney gave away so casually.

Johnathan Mason has helped me immensely through this very stressful, very confusing, process. He has a detailed knowledge of family law, excellent judgement and, most importantly, he's caring and supportive through every step. Anytime I've needed anything, from a quick after hours email question, to a middle of the day panic call, he's always been quick to respond. His fees are very reasonable, and he tries his best to keep your costs down. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a trustworthy family lawyer.

I don't know what I would do without attorney David Booth. He is very professional and down to earth. He is very caring and compassionate throughout the Divorce process.He was extremely kind and very flexible in understanding my needs. Chris, I definitely need to give a "Shout-out" to David Booth. I can't thank him enough for all his efforts to Clear my Name, but also making my defence Victorious! He took on my case with a week notice. His confidence, organization and skilled tactics not only relieved my stress and concerns but exceeded my expectations. I hired David Booth for an ugly divorce. Mr. Booth did an outstanding job for me. He was my advocate inside and outside of the court room. He did everything he could to resolve the case outside of the courtroom, but when that became impossible, he stepped up and did a great job for me. Hiring him was the best decision I've made in a long time. I now have the time with my children I desired all along and have to pay less to my ex-wife than her lawyers desired. Great job Mr. Booth! I referred my cousin to Jonathan Mason and she couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was very attentive and comforting.
