I was in an accident about a couple months ago it had me completely devastated and traumatized. I called Sammer Habbas & Associates, right away theses professionals got to work endlessly helping find my peace and get better stability in my case! From me personal they are a 5 star Team! Nour was our case manager and always made sure we knew what was going on. Sadly had to use this firm again but I’m glad they are around to help us through this difficult and stressful process. It just makes it less stressful when you are healing from injuries.

I have experienced two different feelings with Samer Habbas & Associates since we had to switch our case managers in the middle of the process and it’s wasn’t nice to explain everything from scratch and look up for what I’ve submitted previously to the previous case manager. Overall my experience was positive and new case manager whose name is “Oscar” was always responsive and easy to deal with. Moreover I would say the whole team did a great job and help me with my case.

I was in automobile accident. I needed treatments for my injuries and find it was difficult to navigate through the process. I contacted the Law Offices of Samer Habbas on a weekend thinking I would get a recording, but to my surprise they were there and answered my call. Within minutes, Mike the office manager called me back and walked me through the process. He explained how his office could help and he eased my stress with this burden. I knew this was the right office to handle my case. Once the contract was signed the office took care of everything for me. They had a wonderful medical team that helped me with my injuries the very next day.  When it was time to negotiate for the settlement they had my best interest first. They were open and honest with me the entire time and was eager to take my case all the way to litigation to receive the maximum payout. I am very happy with the service the Law Offices of Samer Habbas has provide and I cannot recommend this office enough. The entire team who handled my case were professional, knowledgeable, patient and empathetic to my situation and the pain that I had endured due to my injuries.
