Clark is an attorney you can trust. Attorney and trust are not two words you use together often, but Clark did an awesome job. As a client of his, I was injured, out of work, and nervous that I was not going to be made whole. I had a neck injury with multiple procedures. The medical bills were astronomical. Not only did Mr. Fielding make sure I received great medical treatment, he was able to negotiate my bills down enough that I picked up a handsome check of $37,000. He must have told me over 10 times during our phone calls, "Trust me, I know what I'm doing." Well, I am here to say, I've been through the process, trust him, he knows what he is doing!

I was in a motorcycle accident and I was referred to samer and habbas through a friend of mine. I've never been through something like this ever before and I Just want to say how much I appreciate everyone on their team who have helped me get through this process. I feel like in this kinda situation - 80% of it is who can you trust... Who actually looks at you as a person and not a piece of cattle. Clark has been known to spend unusual amounts of time on the phone answering questions with his clients / genuinely investing in each and everyone he serves. Obviously the goal is to be compensated to make right whatever wrong occurred - remedy the situation. That part just goes without saying and is a by product of the astute attention to detail coupled with amazing client relations - communication. Samer answered his phone personally when I called his office on a Saturday morning , I had been in a cab in California that hit a tow truck on the interstate a day before as I was In California on business , I’m from Michigan and researched a few attorneys. I was super impressed with Samer , I signed his contract after a 15 min call and he literally put his team to work for me. Corbin , Christine , and Mike all did their level best to make sure I knew each step of the way where I stood. I had a broken wrist from the accident and did receive a very substantial settlement which I was happy to receive. No one could have recovered more that Samer and his team did for me.
