Overall working with them was great. It was my first big accident and first time working with a law firm. Jamie was awesome with initial questions and taking care paperwork. I also worked with Scott the paralegal and he was ok. He answered most of my questions but for things that he had to look into he would take a while to get back to me. I felt like I had to follow up to get status on my case. They did take care of everything and was able to get the most they can. I do appreciate everyone that worked on my case.
