I was referred to Derik Lewis and his company Lawyers Realty Group by a close friend during a very difficult time in my life, I had just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I was in the process of modifying my home loan. Derik and his team fought for me so that I could stay in my home. Derik consistently followed up with the mortgage company so that my case was never neglected. Unlike most other lawyers, through out this difficult process Derik was always available to answer all of my question and explain the details of this complicated situation, in a way that was easy to understand. Derik gave his time and knowledge in a most generous manner. Derik, helped me to stay in my home for an extended amount of time until I was ready to move. I will always be grateful to Derik and his team for their quick response and attention to detail in such a critical situation. I couldn’t appreciate this man more. He treats your case with so much communication and FIGHTS for you. I’ve had two other attorneys for a second DUI case (Northern California so I couldn’t hire Rich), both of which were super passive and I couldn’t get a hold of when I needed questions answers. Both were also more expensive than Mr. Wagner! Rich was on my attorneys for not representing me efficiently after my attorney wouldn’t get back to us for my probation violation. Rich is ultra responsive from call, email and text and most importantly PROACTIVE in making sure you get things done ahead of time to present well in front of the judge. Rich has now represented me in both a violation of probation and DUI. He has exceeded expectations in both cases. This is your lawyer!
