I spoke with Derik several months ago regarding a rather complicated and very unique foreclosure situation. He was attentive, interested and informative. He gave me the sense that he genuinely cared about my welfare and with helping me . He always responded to my emails in a timely and helpful way. I'm now into phase two of this odd foreclosure situation and I called Derik for some advice. I have spoken to several other attorneys over the last few months and none of them had the care, concern or patience that Derik shows me. They were impatient and didn't seem to think my questions worthy of their time. My case was a non-criminal and non-DUI case with the DMV. While it was a relatively straightforward case, it was a challenging time of my life.
