We have been working with Jessica for the past year. My husband and I are facing medical challenges and are retired. We are like many, in debt in spite of working hard for 35 years and doing what we thought was “all the right things”. She has exhibited a genuine understanding of our stress, situation, and we feel she is really in our corner. Her attention to detail also helps to alleviate a little of our stress. I hired Ms.Monroe to write a contract between a book editor (myself) and an author of a MG/YA series. Ms. Monroe was knowledgeable and thorough, brought up potential future issues that should be addressed now in writing, and incorporated every detail/addition we felt pertinent, and did so in a timely manner. Our communications were mostly by email and phone since this is what was most convenient for us. We definitely recommend her services and we will be using her again in the near future.
