Was lucky to find Jonathan here on avvo.com. I called him in the morning and had a consult arranged that same afternoon. Most lawyers take weeks to get back to you; not Jonathan. He outlined my options based upon the strength of my case and my costs for each option. He repeatedly showed his concern for my pocket book; loved that! His high ethics, intelligence, and transparency were readily clear. Moreover, it was my pleasure to know there is a lawyer who does NOT want my blood, bank account, home, and first born child! Jonathan was very helpful and informative. He helped me understand parts of my family trust that I was unfamiliar with. Many years ago, my husband and I had an “A-B trust” where our previous lawyers did not really explain the trust to us, including how to fill out our burial plans and how our trust even works. Jonathan carefully explained where I should sign and precisely WHAT I was signing. Our previous lawyers were very careless and sloppy, so he helped cleaned things up for me.
