Bert Briones is a fantastic BK attorney. Bert represented my company which had to file a claim with a company who filed bankruptcy, and owed us a lot of money for services rendered. I had no idea where to start, other than I needed a lawyer. I spoke to a few prior to Bert, and what separated him from the rest was the time he spent with me to fully understand the process, and made a game plan and executed it. Nearly everything that he told me was to be expected or could happen came to fruition. Bert is very knowledgeable. This process took approximately 2.5 years from start to finish. He even took a few short calls from me and did not bill me for his time. As we know, time is money, and I am very grateful. I was able to get approx. 95% of the funds owed to me recovered.
