Held on to my time sensitive case with no response until half the response time was over. Then after 10 days of no response (We'll ask Mr. Cifarelli to look at your case) sent me an Email advising me to get another attorney pronto before the response time ran out.

I went to Miss Writer for advice on a very difficult custody matter regarding my son. She answered all of my questions with such clarity and care. We then went into bringing in facts and what would be the best plan for what we were trying to accomplish and I retained her services. she never hesitated to return a call or answer any questions leading up to appearing in court and always had my son's health and best interest first. She looked for every avenue to resolve things in the best way, my family and I were blown away with how much care and detail given. If anyone has a matter and you need someone who is knowledgeable, professional and timely. Please give Miss Writer a call, you will not regret it at all.

I cannot say enough good things about Kayleene. She did amazing job on our gardenship of our niece. Kayleene was so nice when we met her we new she would be our attorney to help us out. She listened to us. If I left a message Kayleene would call me back ASAP. She made sure our paper work was done a head of time. Kayleene would call me on the weekends or at night to ask us questions about our case before we would have to be in court. Kayleene was always on time for court. I cannot say enough good things about Kayleene as a custody or family law attorney! She did an amazing job on my custody case, even though she took the case late in the process and had to deal with a lot of problems that were created from the prior representation and court hearings. All of that did not scare her away, though! She rapidly learned the facts from the prior case file, and knew all about the case, in detail, in no time. This was not an easy case, legally or emotionally. There were a lot of issues, and she knew the law, or found it out right away, for each issue. Kayleene does not "shoot from the hip" or leave anything to chance; she prepares for every possible issue or point, and she actually remembers what you have told her about the facts. She has endless energy, and worked weekends, late nights, whatever she felt was needed to be absolutely prepared. She stays in very close communication as trial approaches, so you can both be well prepared. She spoke at length to my witnesses, and they felt well prepared to testify also. Then, she had to do it all over, after the judge postponed the case on the day of trial! Again, this did not faze her, although it meant she had to do much of the prep again. She did not allow the delay to negatively effect her preparation or more importantly, her enthusiasm for my case. She really cares about her clients, and will give you all the time you need to feel comfortable that you are ready for your hearing. She is a very unique person and awesome attorney. The judge in my case was unprofessional and treated Kayleene quite rudely, apparently trying to embarrass her or get her to mess up her presentation. She took it in stride, (some attorneys would have given up and stopped trying to accomplish the goal, or run out crying - seriously, it was that bad). Kayleene was the consummate professional the whole time. Kayleene always responded quickly to my messages. I felt like she had my back at every moment leading to the hearing. Kayleene's office staff is great, also, very receptive and helpful, always professional and friendly. Kayleene is an expert in the area of family law and spends considerable time and money to take courses and ensure she is on top of the area of law. It was very obvious she knew a lot more law than the judge or the opposing attorney in my case. She will listen carefully and give you her best advice, and if you propose an alternate approach, she will consider it and give you her considered advice as to that course; if she does not feel it is great, she will tell you and explain why. Then, she leaves it to you to decide. You just cannot go wrong with Kayleene on your side.

I approached Mr. Chesley with a need to analyze and discuss my legal issue and he was quick to respond. Mr. Chesley is all you need in an attorney. He is educated, patient, dependable, and anything but difficult to take a few to get back some composure of, he is agreeable, and anything but difficult get a hold of, he is approachable, and he cares about providing the best legal service possible. I had many questions and he was more than glad to answer them. He made sure that I was well informed and he set aside the opportunity to disclose the whole procedure to me. It was a very good decision to retain Mr. Chesley to deal with my case.

David Chesley was able to get a DUI charge thrown out for my friend after he drove into the neighbor’s fence and was arrested. Although he wasn't in the vehicle at the time the police arrived and came to our house. David knows everything there is to know about breathalyzer and blood alcohol tests. He told us what the police are and are not allowed to do, and what my friend’s rights were in the situation. Police failed to have him sign a waiver on the scene, and by overlooking this we won at the DMV and he was able to avoid a license suspension. Prior to trial he was able to get the case thrown out as he had no prior record, and the circumstances of his arrest which occurred after the accident were deemed questionable. We were happy we chose David and his firm, and we would use them again.

Needed divorce fast because I am in military and had to be back. Kayleene worked with me and my exwife to get not only my divorce but full custody of both my children. Then when I was deployed she went to court with my Mom and sister to get them Guardianship. Not only has she gone the extra mile, when I wanted both kids with me in Spain she went to court to make sure I could take them.

I hired this firm to represent my brother for a felony case every law firm i contacted wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. Im happy with the outcome of my brothers case but most of all at how understanding the staff is at this establishment. They seemed more concerned about my brother than i was which was very reassuring! Love these guys

By the time it was said and done I felt like my attorney just finished up my case as fast as he could becuase he was quitting.
