I will start off by saying that Mr. Landon Villavaso is one exceptional attorney. My very first over the phone conversation with Mr. Villavaso regarding my case he made me feel very comfortable, he was so knowledgeable, felt my pain and I knew then that his expertise was exactly what I needed to move forward with my terrible custody battle. Mr. Villavaso was always available to commuicate rather it be over the phone, text, email etc...and although yes he’s quite the busy attorney he makes you feel as if you are his only client. Your case is priority. Mr. Villavaso stayed on top of my case daily and made sure to update me every step of the way and walked me through everything. If it wasn’t for Mr. Villavaso I can’t say that I would have my daughter today. It had been 4 long years for me but after hiring Mr. Villavaso he got right on my case and before I knew it things changed around in my favor. I am so overwhelmed with joy to finally put all this behind me and have a fresh start with my daughter and I owe it all to Mr. Villavaso. It’s never easy hiring an attorney especially a Family Law Attorney but if you’re in the market for the BEST Mr. Villavaso will get the job done!

Mr. Villavaso was my attorney in a Children's Court action. I am a 15 year litigation attorney myself but had no experience in Children's Court but am fully able to judge an attorney based on their skill level, merit and how hard they work on your file. Mr. Villavaso went above and beyond. He worked tirelessly to reveal the truth and we won at trial without breaking a sweat. He is incredibly knowledgeable, is respected and very well liked within the legal community and is always available. I literally cannot say enough about this man. I needed not just a great attorney but someone who would care and pursue to the truth and with Landon Villavaso I got everything I wanted and more. He worked on my file everyday. He was in constant communication with me. He kept me updated every step of the process and he never refused my phone call or email. He would speak to me way after business hours. He was my attorney, my confidant, my friend. I simply cannot thing of any other attorney that would have performed the way Landon Villavaso, Esq. did. He gave me my children back and my life back and i am indebted for him for life. I have been a practicing litigation attorney for 15 years and I have yet to come across someone as skilled and caring as Landon.

It is difficult for me to compose this review being that my emotions for Landon's work is very overwhelming. It is difficult for me to put into context the order of my feelings and the expression of my gratitude for Landon because without Landon, my case with family court would have been an impossible victory. My case was much broader than proving my innocents as it related to a false allegation claim that was made against me. It was about seeking TRUTH. It was about seeking JUSTICE. It was about WINNING against a system that is within a "victims" environment as the odds are stacked greatly against the defendant. Did you know that in Family Court, your innocents is measured upon a fifty to fifty-one preponderance of evidence ratio? When defending against a child's claim, along with exaggerated (some times bold face lie) reporting from The Department, it makes TRUTH very difficult to prove. This is where Landon's gift as a Family Court Defense Attorney shines. First let me say that it has been my experience with Landon that his greatest quality as an attorney is his dedication to his cases. I got the sense from Landon that he only accepts cases that he believes in. Not necessarily in terms of winning. But, in terms of truth. ~ For there are many "innocent" defendants in family court. Landon seems to have a great sense of truth-sayers. This allows Landon to only work on cases he feels passionate about. This leads into the reason why I retained Landon. He is passionate about truth. I found Landon to be an expert in Family Court & DCFS advisement. I consider myself a fairly educated person, but dealing with Family Court and DCFS, seems to require a set of knowledge and logic that we would not have unless we were knowledgeable of the System. There were many instances to where I came to Landon with an issue with respects to Family Court and DCFS and Landon was able to provide me clear and understandable advice that really helped me in my posturing with DCFS and understanding of the Family Court Process. He assisted me greatly in helping me understand how to get my truth out in the Family Court Environment. Another quality that I feel is a requirement for me to let known about Landon is that he is extremely communicative. (Which, you don't find too often in attorneys.) I never had to deal with second hand communication from his assistant or paralegal. All communication was direct. It was my experience that Landon is a very busy man. And as such, he may not answer the phone right away. But, you can always expect a call that day. Even if it is on his commute home. Landon also did a wonderful job with preparing me for court. I remember my first family court experience. It was the Petition Hearing. It was horrific. The process was very fast and very confusing. My Court Appointed Attorney did the best job he could do explaining the process, but being that he had many, many cases that day, he was unable to have me completely understand what the heck had happened and what the next steps were. Thankfully, my experience with my trial hearing was much better. Landon was able to answer all my questions as it related to the process and prepare me for the trial in a way that no other attorney could have. Being that I am running out of character space, I will close my review by saying that if you are in search of A GREAT Family Court Attorney, particularly within False Allegation Cases, it is my believe that you CAN NOT hire a better attorney to represent you. His knowledge of law, Compassion for your situation and Passion for his work allows for a partnership that extends more into friendship. Maybe that's what makes working with Landon so great. The partnership that you hold with Landon evolves into more of a friendship. After the 50% completion line with my case, I felt that I was talking to a friend rather than a hired lawyer. Thank you Landon for essentially, saving my life.

I approached Mr. Chesley with a need to analyze and discuss my legal issue and he was quick to respond. Mr. Chesley is all you need in an attorney. He is educated, patient, dependable, and anything but difficult to take a few to get back some composure of, he is agreeable, and anything but difficult get a hold of, he is approachable, and he cares about providing the best legal service possible. I had many questions and he was more than glad to answer them. He made sure that I was well informed and he set aside the opportunity to disclose the whole procedure to me. It was a very good decision to retain Mr. Chesley to deal with my case.

Landon is great! With Landon at your side you will be able to walk into any situation with complete confidence. He is very professional and went above and beyond to get me the results I was hoping for. He does not nickel and dime the client like some other lawyers may do. He seemed to genuinely care about the struggles I was facing in my case and was compassionate during my most stressful moments. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Mr. Villasvaso was recommended to me by a friend that had high remarks of him. When I met him for my initial consultation, he was extremely attentive, patient, and straight forward with me regarding my child custody case. I was extremely stressed out but he told me what strengths we had on my side and also what was not in my favor. I never felt misled and never felt that he didn't care. He was extremely strategic and his arguments in court appeared to be somewhat like scenes from movies. He was always prepared for any situation and I know he had done his research methodically and presented my case very well in court. In the end the judge ruled in our favor! I have referred him time and time again. He's an exceptional attorney that I highly recommend.

David Chesley was able to get a DUI charge thrown out for my friend after he drove into the neighbor’s fence and was arrested. Although he wasn't in the vehicle at the time the police arrived and came to our house. David knows everything there is to know about breathalyzer and blood alcohol tests. He told us what the police are and are not allowed to do, and what my friend’s rights were in the situation. Police failed to have him sign a waiver on the scene, and by overlooking this we won at the DMV and he was able to avoid a license suspension. Prior to trial he was able to get the case thrown out as he had no prior record, and the circumstances of his arrest which occurred after the accident were deemed questionable. We were happy we chose David and his firm, and we would use them again.

Mr. Villavaso was very helpful professional and had a calming however assertive professionalism character. He listened to what my families needs were and made it clear to the court. He was a voice that I need the courts to hear!

Landon did an excellent job. Paid attention to all the details. He made sure I knew what was going on by keeping me informed when needed. He understood the sensitive nature of my situation. I would recommend Landon to anyone who needs help with family matters.

I'd like to start by saying thank God for guiding me in the direction of Mr. Villavaso. I'm a single dad and my daughter is now 12 years old going on 13 and I have always wanted to be an active dad in my child's life. His knowledge of family law and his patients was extraordinary. I felt a sigh of relief and that I was in good hands after my initial consultation with him. My case with my daughters mom was everything but the norm but Mr. Villavaso never gave up on doing what was right and in the best interest of our daughter. His calm smooth demeanor coupled with his years of knowledge in family law afforded me 50% custody as a result. As a father that wants and needs to be an intricate part of his daughter's life I couldn't have found a better attorney to handle my case. Words can't express how thankful I am to have had the opportunity to have Mr. Villavaso handled this most difficult of child custody cases and I thank God daily for bringing him into my life.

I hired this firm to represent my brother for a felony case every law firm i contacted wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. Im happy with the outcome of my brothers case but most of all at how understanding the staff is at this establishment. They seemed more concerned about my brother than i was which was very reassuring! Love these guys
