Tom and his team at the Cifarelli Law Firm are upstanding, professional people who have treated my case with the utmost dignity and care. The case has been long and involved, but Tom has worked tirelessly throughout. Whenever I've spoken to him on the phone, he has been kind, honest, understanding of the harm that I experienced, and happy to explain and walk me through things. I came to Richard with a DUI and was currently on felony probation. The judge and court wanted to put me into jail for 120 days for probation violations. But Richard did his homework and discovered their was a new law that came out on Jan. 2021 that said I could only be on probation for 1 year tops and I had been on probation for over that time. So Richard used that to keep me out of jail and I am very grateful of that.
