I do not have enough good things to say about this lawyer. I had a semi difficult case as I was no longer living in the state that my offense had taken place. I was on the other side of the United States and wanted a lawyer that would not only win my case but appear in court for me to save me on costs. I hired Mr. Wagner from a google search I did. As i went through and read several achievements from all sorts of other lawyers i felt he was the best for me as he had been on both sides of this. He was once a DA and now a lawyer for the people. He was courteous, very professional. Never made me feel like he would not win this for me (which i know is his job) however he has a confidence that i knew i wanted in front of the judge. After a few years of my case being postponed on several occasions (probably due to Covid and other things) my case was finally dismissed!!!! His costs were I think reasonable for what I was asking him to do and for me to never come to CA to meet him or go to court. He has a portal to communicate through and made sure I knew everything that was going on step by step. He made it such and easy process for me. So Richard--thank you! I will forever be in debt to you. If you are looking for a proper lawyer...he is your man!

i am pleased with the way the crockett firm handled personal injury case. i don't usually take time to write a review. not only do i appreciate the settlement awarded, i was akso treated with respect like a person not a number by everyone whom i came in contact with.
