Having many interactions with Mr.Shin, I can say with confidence that he is a very honest and hard working man. He will work your case to his fullest ability. He will be honest and blunt, which I believe is a must! to be a superb lawyer. There are many lawyers out there who are good, but its hard to find one's with integrity and skills. Mr. Shin has always been there for me for all my legal issues. I was recently in a car accident and before calling my insurance, I called attorney Jonathan Shin. Truth be told, this wasn’t my first accident, but I know enough that I need to call my lawyer everytime. Mr. Shin connected me with a local chiropractor who allowed me to attend treatment without paying anything out of pocket. Never thought I would be leaving a review for a lawyer. Especially considering I have an aversion to "blood sucking lawyers"; however, that all changed when time came where I actually needed legal representation. I had such a great experience that I just wanted to share with as many people as possible. From family and friends to even strangers in this online community. Was involved in a multi car accident and wasn't sure what to do. I was frustrated with and also didn't want to trust my insurance company in this regard because one of the other cars involved also had the same insurance company. Don't know if that matters or not, but personally I thought there would be a conflict of interest in ensuring that my best interests were seen to. After the initial phone call to set up an appointment I found that, upon first meeting, my initial disposition towards him changed from that of apprehension to one of comfort. I could genuinely see from my conversation with him that he was truly wanted to ensure that I was taken care of. Most importantly, he didn't fail me. He was aggressive in fighting for me and, every step of the way, he helped me turn what would normally be a very stressful ordeal as stress free as possible. I was able to get compensation for time off work, vehicle rentals, and personal injury as well as damages. I am really glad to have made the decision to have Mr. Shin represent me. My car was broken into at my apartment parking lot twice in one week. I had some significant values stolen. I wanted to investigate how I can influence the apartment management to enhance security measures because I was concerned for future burglars, my family’s safety, etc. With Jonathan’s representation, I was able to communicate effectively with the management, not get into dirty legal battles, and got better security measures at the apartment. It was a tough up-hill battle, but Jon walked me through it with persistence and professionalism. Awesome!

I had the pleasure of working with Sean Burke on a medical malpractice case. After interviewing lawyers, my husband and I chose Sean to represent us because he was experienced in the medical malpractice field. Sean had also just won another Synmastia case at the time of our initial interview. My case was not an easy one and most lawyers were not interested in doing the work that would be required in order to prevail. Sean saw the bigger picture and believed in my case from the get go. My case eventually went to a full blown jury trial in March 2011. I had never been involved in a jury trial, nor had I ever even served on jury duty.
