Mr. Bertch repsented me in my auto accident case. He was super responsive and communicative. He answered all of my questions either through phone calls, texts or emails. He got me the best settlement possible and represented me to the fullest to my debtors. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

By far the best attorney out there in Orange County. My specific case was a bit complicated, therefore a lot of attorneys turned me down. Whit on the other hand took my case without any issues and was very helpful from the beginning in assuring that I will get a settlement from my Insurance Company who turned down my claim. Whit went above and beyond keeping me updated from start to finish. Recently we settled my case for more than I expected and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I’m not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed with the results that I had to this time around. My son was on his bike when he was hit by a car. The driver denied any wrongdoing but that didn’t stop Mr. Bertch from pleading our case. My son was able to get the medical care he needed and a settlement from the driver’s insurance company. Whit went above and beyond in helping us with our case. He was on top of it every step of the way and he genuinely cared. I highly recommend him.
