I visited some lawyers but David was completely different with the others. He spent 90 minuets for very honest and informative consultation and he waived his fee for one hour when he realized I have a limited budget. I got all information that I needed while the other lawyers that I had met before wanted to charge me dozen dollars. I appreciate him and recommend everyone to have a consultation with him.

Uncontested Divorce. David was a very hard worker - organized, following-up and helping push me to meet my needs of filing and serving and getting the divorce finalized up to the 6 month waiting period IN FIVE DAYS, total. He was there. He charged a fair price - neither cheap, nor expensive - and he exceeded what he needed to do to earn that fee. Get David, he keeps it simple, he explains everything - and he is a nice. Tough, but nice. You'll be happy.

Highly recommended law office. David Goldberg made the difficult process go very smooth. He explained everything and helped with the decision making. Luckily we didn't end up in court but were able to settle with the opposing party. Reasonable and seems to have the knowledge and experience necessary to go through the process. I originally contacted David Goldberg when he was with a large San Diego Area Family Law Practice. He listened carefully to details of my child custody case and provided a clear and concise strategy for navigating the legal process. The strategy that he outlined was based on the strength of my case, his knowledge of the process, and my budget. The SD law firm he was working at reorganized, eliminated David's position and reassigned my case to a new lawyer who seemed to only be interested settling the child custody case as soon as possible with little regard for my case or the welfare of my children. I transferred the case back to David and over the next year he carefully helped me navigate the legal process which resulted in securing the custody arrangement that was best for my children. Mr. Goldberg has a personal approach to his clients. On several occasions he patiently discussed the situation with me on the phone, even after my legal separation matter was settled. He even came to court one day especially to help me save the wait to file my wife's response paperwork.

After gathering all my case details, he offered me valuable advice and suggested me to simplify my divorce as a trial is just going to cause more money for the trial fee and lawyer fee, and it makes no sense to my case. Attorney David Goldberg is a moral family lawyer and a high litigator in the Court room. I met David after interviewing 4 attorneys in Orange County, California. I'm the father of the child in the divorce. The situation was the mother kept requesting for sole custody and she and the opposing counsel tried to create falsified evidence with the child to claim for sole custody. The mother kept filing multiple ex parte Hearing requests with the Court. However, attorney David Goldberg has represented for me in the Court room and he proved with the Court the truth. We are Asian parents in the States, the mother tries to learn from native couples how to get as much benefit as possible through divorce. However, due to attorney David Goldberg, she understood about which is the best interest of the child. Attorney Goldberg has excellent Court documentation and communication skills with the other side. He protects his clients and attacks the other side when needed very professionally and effectively. Due to him, I got a Court Order and Judgment that creates the bond between me and my son, which was destroyed by the mother before I met him. And I got a fair Judgment of the divorce.
