My green card case was stuck with immigration for 3.5 years. We were not getting any responses from the American consulate in Israel apart from a generic answer that “your case is in administrative processing”. Yael filed a law suit in federal court to have my case looked at. Immediately we got a response from the consulate that they’ve opened my case. 4 weeks after that I am now in the US with my Green Card.
