I have met at least 2 dozen attorneys and I truly can't give any of them the same credit that I would give Zhana Aivazi. Yes, there are many attorneys in LA, but not enough dedicated ones. I have encountered attorneys that are only concerned about their pockets or their portion of the settlement, and not the actual issue at hand. I contacted Zhana for a landlord/tenant issue because I had just moved into an apartment and experienced some unpleasant issues with the management company. Certain expectations that were promised were not delivered and this really upset me. Since we had already signed our agreement, we knew we had to involve an attorney. I am beyond happy we selected Zhana, because she did more than any attorney would have done, and delivered excellent results. My family was shocked at the agreement I was actually able to reach with the management company and it is all thanks to her!
