Jylan Megahed is an excellent defense attorney and extremely knowledgeable with Family Law. I was having terrible difficulties with the other co-parent in my family law case. And with the assistant I received from attorney Jylan Megahed esq, the courts saw how unfairly I was being treated by the other co-parent. I was given the best out come in my case with Jylan Megahed outstanding assistant.

My opinion: They lie to their customers. They confidently pretend they can do things that they have never even attempted before. The attorney doesn't even do hardly any of the work. The paralegals are the ones that run the show. If you want proof, try to call and talk to the attorney a couple of times. You are almost guaranteed to get blacklisted. Horrible company that should never be allowed to stay in business. They cannot be trusted on any level. You can Google how to do exactly what they do. They are nothing special on any level. Don't waste your money.

We are very thankful to Mr. Lolly and his senior paralegal Tami. They were very patient as we collected documents from halfway around the world which required repeated personal visits to various Indonesian government offices. We are very happy with the communication, expertise and speed at which Tami processed our case. To be sure it is a long process and the immigration process is decidedly more difficult and moves much more slowly than in prior administrations. You would be incorrect to think that merely by hiring Mr. Lolly that your case will be resolved in a couple months. In our case Mr. Lolly was invaluable in providing counsel for variances in our documentation/situation. Initially I ignored Mr Lolly's counsel to our detriment. Communication was nearly always via email communication and always prompt, courteous and professional. I recommend the firm without hesitation.

Hired Allan to help us file for I-130 and CR1 visa. Before consulting with them, my then fiance and I didn't really know where to begin. We didn't know the options we had until I stumbled upon Allan's website. He was very diligent in answering some of the questions posted on his site so I went ahead and inquired. He was very assertive and confident and told us that he can get me a CR1 visa and a green card in a year. When it was time to finally file for a petition, we contacted them right away. They were very organized with their instructions. And let me tell you, it was a lot of paperwork. It can be confusing a lot of times. Tami, our designated paralegal was very responsive and patient. She answered our questions promptly and made us feel at ease with the whole process. Even though we were only corresponding via email, nothing was lost in translation. They made the whole process really easy which made us feel confident that we will get approved. Fast forward to a year later, I now live in the US with my husband. This law firm is still actively working my case to obtain my fiancee's visa. So far, my experience is far better than I could have imagined. The communication is amazing! I will often times email them with questions and get responses that day. If it is not that day it is always by the next day. They are very professional and upfront. Jennifer Garcia was the person I initially talked to and she answered so many questions and explained the process in detail. Very knowledgeable person to talk with about any immigration concerns. Highly recommend!

Heartbreaking Experience, Cost me thousands of dollars and was the biggest single stress factor leading to my breakup with the love of my life. Working with Yareth Sarmiento and Alexis of Alan Lolly and associates has been a nightmare that I did not even sign up for. I spoke with and hired Alan Lolly with confidence but was quickly passed off to a paralegal named Yareth who did not communicate and charged me over $5000 to answer some emails. I canceled my service due to a lack of communication. I asked to speak with Yareth and Alan over the phone several times but the only communication I received was when they wanted money. Alexis answered the phone and processed my payments but literally refused to tell me anything about how much I was being charged and for what. They never filed my K-visa and still charged me the flat rate of $5000. This Company is a scam. Stay away from Alan Lolly and associates

If it was possible to give less than a star I would. There is no such thing as a free consultation with these people unless they feel as if they can push you for a fortune. They'll offer you advice at $75 for the first 15 minutes but who wants to spend that kind of money when you don't even know the level of advice you're going to receive. My advice is to avoid this firm at all costs. There are plenty of lawyers out there who will at least speak with you regarding the process and then allow you to make an informed decision as to whether or not you actually need an attorney. They wouldn't even explain the process to me because they felt that there was "no working relationship", and there won't be because they couldn't take the time to develop one. I'd rather pay someone, who was willing to give me basic information, and then would charge me in the future. And that's exactly what I plan to do.

Requires less than one star. Tami Ayre my case worker didn’t even care to update me on my lost package that was apparently sent to her mailbox. I had to call in everyday to find out anything. Very unprofessional. Reception desk just as worse but VERY QUICK to ask for payments. Lost a lot of time and money and still waiting for my refund to this day. As per your reply yes immigration is very frustrating that’s why we hire you guys to make it a little bit easier. My issue is not with the post office. The company I used(UPS) made sure it was delivered to your offices. Whoever mailed it out again after that is responsible. My issue is that for two weeks no one told me my package was lost. Tami ignored my emails, and i kept calling the office and told she is not in. I have those on record if you would like. If I was told early enough that my package was missing I would have taken the right steps to get copies and get them on time. I got an email about a refund, still waiting for it to reflect on my bank account, thank you.
