This review is long overdue. The immigration journey started about five years ago after I married my foreign-born spouse who had been residing in the U.S. for several years by then. It still surprises how a simple Google search resulted in my wife getting a green card. So hopefully, this Google post will reach many couples similarly situated to help in their immigration journey with the aid of a compassionate, caring, and competent attorney like Allan. I still remember my first call to Allan's office when I spoke with Jenny who said that Allan's goal is to keep families together. Our case was complicated to say the least and even more so during the time of a notorious administration, which is when we had filed the I-130, I-131, I-765, and I-485 with the help of Allan and his kind and hard-working staff, Taylor, Yareth, Karina, and others. Even though the journey was like an emotional roller coaster ride, it was comforting to know that my wife and I had a knowledgeable, skilled, and able attorney and staff to guide us in this immigration labyrinth and what sometimes felt like we were in a black hole in the many months and years of waiting for some sort of response from the USCIS. I even saw my God's fingerprint on this long and difficult immigration journey when my wife's green card was produced on her birthday! I can't imagine a better experience working with Yingfei and I am so grateful of her help. I hired Yingfei to help my mom apply for her green card and I interviewed several attorneys. Yingfei stood out from my conversation with her. She's knowledgeable, patient, effective and experienced in representing Chinese clients. I applied GC myself years ago but given how fragile US/China relation is today, I didn't hesitate to hire an attorney. I am so glad I did! Yingfei told me that if a package is prepared well, then GC will be granted without interview (for parents anyway). That's exactly what happened to us. My mom received her EAD/SSN after 6 months. At 7 months, her I-485 is approved and her GC is in the mail. The best experience ever - no interview, no RFI, just a very simple straightforward process thanks to Yingfei.
