Simply put Evan is a perfectionist. My condo was flooded with sewage ruining my entire condo as a result of the home owners association not performing regular preventative maintenance to the common area sewer system. On top of this my homeowners insurance refused to fully compensate me for the damages to my condo, personal property and my additional living expenses as a result of being displaced from my unit.
