Mr. Ehsan has worked on a number of real estate legal matters on behalf of myself and holding company. He's assisted in a wide variety of real estate matters including loan documents, default proceedings, title research, zoning, trustee sale information, and a host of other issues. His work ethic is tremendous, and his ability to uncover hard to find or know issues (i.e title research) goes above and beyond the traditional services provided. His insights and advice is an important asset that I trust and rely on in business dealings and decisions. I would like to thank Mr. Ehsan for his tireless efforts on my behalf.

No one really enjoys having to work with attorneys, it's usually never concerning anything fun. I have to say though...Ali has helped changed my view of that. He is quick to respond, extremely knowledgable, and looks at situations in a variety of ways that gives me multiple solutions. He maps out all of the options and gives me the pros and cons for each. I have used him numerous times (in regards from divorce questions to purchasing properties to small claims issues) and without fail, he gives me the piece of mind that I have made the right choice. Without a doubt, Ali is extremely bright and knows the law. He is proactive and does his research, all the while, keeping me informed of what actions he is persuing and what we can expect. I never felt that I was out of the loop or uninformed. He has excellent communication skils and answers any and all questions honestly. Ali is the only attorney I will use.

Ali Ehsan has represented me on a few different maters both in Real Estate and family law issues. I have found him to be very forthright and honest, with regards to where I stood in the case, and has a great business sense to be able to think out-side the box, in structuring a settlement, that worked for everyone when it came to a real estate foreclosure issue. He has helped me in executing a partition sale of a property owned in a LLC, in addition, was very helpful in advising me on a tenant issue that involved some criminal activity on the tenants part. Mr. Ehsan has been very trustworthy ,knowledgeable lawyer. He always kept us very informed about the our case. We have known him about 15 years and always very helpful and caring. We are very happy about his services and definitely will recommend him.

Mr. Ehsan helped us with a major real estate purchase (he is also a real estate broker and professor). He didn't want to take our case because he is busy and only takes referrals, but luckily one of his clients was our doctor and we were able to get him to help us. I have never been so impressed by an attorney.
