I worked with Allan and paralegal Taylor from the start for my immigration case. Allan was the only lawyer that was positive during our consult. Even though Taylor was sometimes hard to reach, she was extremely organized. It took a lot of patience and time to go trough all of the process but their help with their legal guidance is something I am grateful for.

I got my Permanent residency(Green card) for 10 years. I live in Las Vegas. My first lawyer immigration in Las Vegas was a bad experience and he lost my time and my money. Review I was looking for a law firm to help me with marriage based green card applications back in December 2018. I made some calls around, and decided to go with Allan S. Lolly & Assoc. I am so glad I did. The fee is extremely reasonable compared to what I learned about other immigration law firms in New York. The team is extremely accommodating and responsible. I’ve been working with Taylor from the beginning to the end. He was always fast in responding to emails, questions, requests to modify documents, and sent emails on what would happen next even without asked to. I felt like I was in good hands while working with Taylor. For personal reasons, I had to postpone the submission of all my applications forms by 7 months. Allan Lolly is a very successful lawyer and Ms. Taylor Collins was assigned to my case. Both are very professional and knowledgeable. Taylor was very personable and polite. My husband and I heard about both through a few friends who had successfully obtained green cards for their spouses through both Allan and Taylor. My husband and I sought Allan Lolly's services in 2017 for adjustment of status and permanent residency application with my husband as the petitioner and me as the beneficiary. We first contacted Allan via email and he was very responsive and took the time to write back to us considerate emails even before we hired his firm. After establishing the attorney-client relationship, his senior paralegal, Taylor Collins, managed our case. She was very helpful, always responsive, and specific about all of our questions and concerns. Our case was relatively straight forward, I was in status on F1 Visa and we already had a child together with my husband, which likely showed that our marriage was based on merit. Even in an uncomplicated case like ours, there was a ton of paperwork and multiple filings involved and Taylor helped us navigate the process, filled out several /filed several forms on our behalf. Our case took a bit longer than expected since we moved to another state after the initial filing and waited for our case to transfer to the current state's USCIS field office.
