My husband had a tough case and he really didn’t want to proceed with changing his status but I insisted. We cannot be more grateful with this law firm! Allan and Tami were on top of he case they informed us of all out options and were quick to respond and act on the case. My husband had a c1/d visa and c1. It was such a stressful one year and 2 months and yesterday we received the notice that my husband green card was approved! They told us that because his case was difficult it could take from 6 months to a year to finalize and get the green card. We went through everything being denied, through an appeal, to finally his work authorization being approved and 3 months later a tough interview that left us in tears, and left the uscis office thinking we lost, we waited 2 months and finally got the good news! Allan did a great job taking care of me as a client for the seven years we worked together. We want to send a HUGE thank you to Allan and his staff. My wife is AKHA and born without a country or written proof of birth. Saved our case... truely we had gone to the K-1 interview, they said he was denied because of an overstay, we were ready to fire off our i601 waiver and they never gave us the form to allow it. Thanks to them we got the Embassy to green light the waiver and we got it EXPEDITED and in a relatively short time. Our nightmare is over, now we are just waiting for the visa to reunite our family. This firm gives payment plans, reasonable prices, advice, and know how without asking much in return. I had an issue with my wife's visa application. The office was competent and efficient. The fees where extremely fair. The communication from the office was remarkably fast. (Not an easy thing to pull off for a law office.) The fee was fixed and it stayed fixed. Taylor was remarkably quick to collect my documentation and understand the issues. Well, it's final and my fiance' was granted her fiance' visa. It's a process that I now understand to be a lot less stressful and a lot less complicated because of the great service and efforts of this law office. I began the process in September 2015 with a simple email. Soon thereafter I was contacted by Allan Lolly himself and he was gracious enough to speak with me. He took the time to answer all my questions and "walk me through" this process from start to finish. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and quite experienced. After ending the call I researched Allan on line and spoke to some colleagues who satisfied any fears I had of dealing with an attorney that I had never met. From that point forward the reluctance was gone and I hired Allan and his firm. I am very glad I did. Allan has a great team of paralegals who complete most of the work and I was glad they had time to answer all our questions and to guide us through the process.
