One day I received a letter in the mail that wanted my signature for a class action lawsuit regarding employee misclassification. Prior to signing the letter, I completed some research and contacted Nicholas De Blow's law firm. He replied promptly with a phone call, went over the letter with me both the positives and negatives, if I placed my signature on that letter. After talking to De Blouw I felt he was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a friend. I opted out of signing that letter that I got in the mail, and had De Blouw and his firm represent me with the classification matter.
