Amy is the opposite of what I associate with an attorney. She is warm and kind and patient. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She has a very organized and efficient process for helping parents who feel overwhelmed and lost like me to make a comprehensive plan for the future. Mr. Riznyk has been helping our cases. When we were unexpectedly hit with a lawsuit from previous business, we didn't hesitate to take it to Mr. Riznyk. The whole process of contract writing, response times and conversations that were understandable and relatable was significantly easier than I thought. I like that attorney Hsiao doesn't practice based on transactional relationships where you would get charged by every hour like many other places. Overall I think the service is good and would recommend to other people I know.
