Randall took money, did not even file substitution of attorney. Allowed a hearing to pass without representation. Now after promising return of retainer is claiming too sick to cut a check! DO NOT HIRE

I was in a tough spot, I lost custody of my son. Randy helped me when it seemed impossible. He clearly explained what the court is looking for and how to achieve it. He prepared me for court and he protected me in the court room on several occasions. I have full faith in him. With his help, I was able to regain lost time with my son. You want Randy on your side.

Like many other individuals I thought that I could tackle my legal tasks on my own. Shortly entering the land of foreign legal terms and all the paperwork labyrinths I found myself beginning to get lost. After realizing that I had no idea what I was doing I sought out the help of Randall. That was by far the best decision I have made. Randall’s professionalism was laced with welcoming meticulous understanding. He transformed this once complicated predicament into an obtainable task. If I knew what he was all about before hiring, I would NOT have done so. It costs me money and I could have done better myself. Was always unprepared and made excuses for himself. Had to get another attorney to do in 1 month what he couldn't do in over a year. Plus 6 attorney's looked at the case and wouldn't take it cause they said the case was so messed up that they didn't want to take it.

What can be said for Mr. Dierlam besides being fair, reliable, just an overall great lawyer. Mr. Dierlam took my nightmare of a custody battle (mainly ruined because of my last lawyer didn’t care at all) and was able to make it a bearable reality. Since he took my case my life finally feels more at ease. He took the time to get to know me and my case and he helped me any way he could. He is very personable in which he himself will always reply to any email/phones calls, you will never hear from a secretary. I’m thankful for all that he has done and I will always keep him as my Lawyer. I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone in need of a family court lawyer.

I have used Randall Dierlam as my attorney in a couple different suits, and I was very happy with the outcomes. He was able to obtain settlements for me and I thought he handled the case and dealt with the insurance companies in a way that I would not have been able to on my own. I found him to be ethical, honest, hard working and responsive. He is a Sole Practitioner, so you do need to realize that it takes him time to get back to calls at times, but other than that, he has done a great job for me. I have also referred him to friends and family and they have been very happy. You can trust him because he has a strong moral character unlike some other attorneys I have known, or heard of from others. His rates are fair and competitive, and he doesn't rack up unessessary work in order to benefit himself. If you are an honest person, you will be happy with using him for your Family Law case.

Very unfortunate experience, I agree with the other posts. This Attorney will not follow through, return calls, keep you informed, unorganized. It has cost me 20k and now I have to get another Attorney to clean up his mess.

I gave him 3000 a year ago for a coustoudy hearing he never responded to me has never caled me back I have been calling him nonstop for 7 months he just won't answer the phone don't trust this guy he is a joke

He failed to do what he said he was going to. He didn't show up to a very important court date and failed to follow through with my ex's badgering through her attorney. Never called back or responded to important emails. Said he went over the retainer given to him but has yet to provide an invoice. I feel he was very unethical in his lack there of practice. He was referred to us from a friend and it turned out to be a huge waste of $2500. Ended up having to retain a different lawyer and spending another $2500. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL! He was supposed to help me and didn't. He actually made things worse.
