These guys know what they're doing! Very organized, very professional, Very quick & on top of things. Their TM Method definitely sets them apart from the rest. You can trust them with your life and know they will do everything in their power to make it happen. TM, FTR!!!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Kyle Pederson is rude, does not respond timely and said things were done when they were not. He gives attorneys and insurance companies a bad name. Avoid if possible!

We engaged Susan Oliver, Partner at White, Oliver & Amundson on very short notice. We needed a very sharp real estate attorney to step in and recoup our defense against a lawsuit where the plaintiffs/buyers were claiming non-disclosure, when it became clear that the counsel we had previously retained was not competent and was jeopardizing our defense. In just four days prior to the scheduled mediation Susan quickly got up to speed and prepared an exemplary Mediation Brief including citing pertinent civil code and case law in counterpoint to the complaint as filed. At the mediation meeting Susan presented professionally and assertively, and maintained momentum while negotiating to where we won a 65% reduction in damages. Further, she determinedly pursued the homeowner’s insurance claim and negotiated a full settlement with the insurance company for payment of damages and fees.
