Grade A Human being and an amazing lawyer. Looks out for everyone, I didnt even know lawyers had hearts.

Stay away from this place if you don't like to be bullied and yelled at by the lawyer.. The office is very unprofessional and unkept. Out dates things are strewn around blocking entrances and exits. Paperwork is all over the place. Parking lot is a nightmare. Overall, just a place to stay away if you are looking for quality representation. Their website has personnel who no longer works for them.

Scott A. McMillan is a good man. He has not represented me in any official legal role, however I have on a couple of occasions reached out to him for advice on business. Not only was he willing to give me his private number. He also reviewed some documents for me, gave me his professional opinion and guidance on how to proceed. Never once did he ask for a dime or anything else in exchange for his time and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend or seek his counsel in the future if needed on any level. If more attorneys had this level of integrity, concern, honesty, and experience. Then the attorneys of this world could hold thier heads higher. Scott is truly a standard that others in, his profession should try to be more like.

I was having so much trouble finding a lawyer that was willing to take on my case. I had gone through two lawyers and they took my money but did nothing for me. I got in contact with Scott through a friend's recommendation and he took me under his wing. He took on my case and gave me confidence that we could beat my case. I was being sued by a company and Scott (being the amazing lawyer that he is) found out that they were actually committing fruad!! The company had been out of business for years and I had no idea! We went to court and even after finding out that the judge on the case and Scott had some unresolved history, we were able to fight through. That was only one case that he has helped me with! Scott has helped me every step of the way on multiple cases! He even helped me find a great divorce attorney! Because of Scott, I am now a firm believer that there are lawyers out there that will help you and not scam you. (10/2017) I found Scott by looking at on line reviews on AVVO. I had called three other attorneys that were not interested in my case and told me I didn't have a chance. When I met with Scott, he listened and even though he did not promise that I had a case, he thought that I had at least a chance of prevailing. I liked the fact that he was very blunt and straightforward about what I could and could not do in my case and what would be helpful and what would not be helpful. We had our initial meeting and the next day he called me with some more thoughts on the case and how he thought I should preceed. He gave me some "homework" to do because he said that it would be cheaper for me to write down the details and such of the case and then he reviewed it and made some changes. I did prevail, but I would have given a good review regardless because of the time and attention he gave me and my case. If I had stopped after talking to the first three attorneys I talked to, then I would have lost a lot of money. I hope I do not need to use any attorney in the future, but I would trust him if I need legal advice or help again. 4/2018 - I used Scott last year and wrote the above review last year. Since then, I have sadly needed his services again. Once again he listened to my issues and gave sound advice and followed up handing everything for me. Once again, I think I have a good outcome and he kept me from being blackmailed from by someone. He also didn't even charge me earlier this year when I called just to ask what to do in an auto accident where I am being sued. 1/23 - i just wanted to say a few other legal issues have crossed my path since 2018 and I continue to find Scott to be a knowledgable and reasonable source of information

An exceptional attorney with care and sympathy. I had to consult Mr. Scott McMillan for a case. I am not a big fan of going to court back and forth as it seems difficult to trust lawyers these days. However, Scott made me feel very comfortable and helped me with his broad knowledge with all the options. He advised me to handle my case by myself and answered every question i had thoroughly. We finished the consultation that lasted over an hour until closer to 7 pm at night with no charge, and it did not end until he provided all the assistance and the assurance he could. If i will have to build such a case, Scott McMillan will be my first option.

Mr. McMillan was amazingly helpful in helping me battle an insurance company that sued me for $70,000. Mr. McMillan put in an incredible amount of time and was generous about not nickel and diming me for issues that my opposition was causing me. Ultimately we were able to settle against the insurance company for a number that I was VERY pleased with. I am forever grateful for his help, and if you have a job that he can help you, I would encourage you to reach out to him.

People say a lot disparaging things about attorneys and they're the butt end of endless jokes. Scott deserves none of that. He's not the stereotypical attorney.
