We were in quite a mess - and Toby and Mac were wonderful. We knew that the problems could be ironed out if our mortgage lenders would work with us. Previously, we worked with the loss mitigation department and they were insistent that we didn't qualify. After paying another firm thousands of dollars and getting nowhere, we found Toby Shanner. He looked over the paperwork and he saved the day! So relieved - we still have our assets and we have reduced our debt. I am a little late with my review as I am typically not one to leave reviews but I felt it was necessary and warranted in this case. I have to say working with Toby and his team was by far the best experience I've had when dealing with attorneys/legal matters...and unfortunately for me, I've dealt with a handful in the past few years. Toby's straight forwarded, professional and friendly approach is exactly what is needed. He handled my case in just over a month and I had my debt fully discharged a couple months later.
