Josh Mulligan did an outstanding job representing a family member’s criminal case. He handled all aspects of the process extremely well, especially the complicated matters of gathering evidence and conducting effective negotiations. We appreciate his personal attention to our situation and his thorough understanding of the complex California criminal justice system. We live in another state so we were especially grateful that Josh ensured we did not need to return to California until the entire case was settled. Forest is an amazing attorney. She did a fabulous job with my case that seem to drag on forever. No matter what she stuck by my side and fought hard for me. She believed in me, and was willing to go the long haul on my case. She was very attentive, and her knowledge of the law was outstanding. My situation was NOT the norm for me. It was Memorial Day Weekend at 2am on a Sunday morning when my incident took place. My coverage service was contacted roughly 5am when I finally was able to make my phone call. As they called attorneys, Mr. Mulligan was the 3rd one and the only one that answered on Memorial Day weekend. He immediately contacted my wife and assured her that he was on top of the situation and was watching for any news about me in the system. I did not live close and we met on Memorial Day at his office. He took time out of the holiday to meet with me and walk me through scenarios for my case that could take place. Joshua Mulligan kept me informed every step of the way. We were ready for the prelim and during the prelim Mr. Mulligan was on his A GAME. We were expected to go to full blown trial but we were prepared. We were able to get the case dropped, to both our surprise.
