I'm honestly tired of Mr. Ian letting me have free consultations. For the past decade he has helped me and my family so much. After hours and days of calling so many different attorneys, no one wanted to take my case. Not even those attorney firms that advertise on television. The problem with my first case was that I trusted the insurance agency to payme everything they said they would. Wasn't till ater more than 1 YEAR later, he insurance settlement never came. I never felt so much betrayal in my life. Especially that I was not at fault. My last call was to Mr. Silverthorne. He is heaven sent. You will be lucky if you are able to retain him. .out Genuine Attorneys are extremely busy. Yet, somehow after all these years of calling him, he still gives me free consultations. He is great at what he does and I trust him 100%. I have had horrible experiences with other attorneys like lack of communication and employees being very rude over the phone. Ian’s employees are awesome they are so nice and help clarify questions I have and Ian is an overall great guy.

Ian Silverthorn is your man if you are ever in an auto accident. Ian was great at communication be it phone or email. If he was not able to immediately respond he would have his wonderful secretary call or email back. I hired Ian because I was the victim of a 3 car accident. I was rear ended by a box truck that was also rear ended. I was 34 wks pregnant at the time of accident and was accompanied by my young minor child at the time of accident. I had started to take care of everything in regards to the accident myself. However, then my insurances MedPay did not want to pay the bills. Ian was able to get me the care I needed desperately. Including Chiropractic care, Cervical injections, physical therapy. He was about to get me more in my settlement that I got to take home due to his diligence and excellent work ethic.
