Mr. Chen took my case when I found myself unable to walk and represented by a law firm that did absolutely nothing to help me. For years, the law firm I employed initially, failed miserably and repeatedly to represent my interests. As such I found myself in a position which handed the County I worked for in complete and total control of my welfare. The County did not have to close my case, they did not have to talk to me and they took great joy in making ME pay for every treatment I received.
